The Reunion Committee has chosen the Radisson Hotel Branson to host the 2008 6/27 Artillery Vietnam Reunion. We have negotiated favorable rates with the hotel for a block of rooms which (subject to availability) will apply 3 days before and 3 days after the reunion dates of September 18-19, 2008.

Please note, in order for you to obtain these rates you must do the following:

Call the Radisson Hotel Branson at either of these phone numbers: 888-566-5290 or 417-335-5767 and "ask for reservations". Identify yourself as attending the 6/27th Artillery Vietnam Reunion. The Hotel will honor reservations received by August 18, 2008. Reservations received after this date are subject to space availability and at prevailing room rates.

You are responsible for your own room charges plus room tax and sales taxes. All room reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival and secured with a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax or with a major credit card. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 6:00pm on day of arrival or occupy the room will result in a charge of one night's room and tax applied to the credit card or forfeiture of the deposit. Note - Book Early! If you book with a credit card you will not be penalized if you have to cancel out as long as you do so by the day of your first arrival date and by 6:00pm. If you know you are going to attend - book your room now! When the block of rooms are gone - they are gone! We expect a record turn-out for this Reunion!

The 6/27th Artillery Vietnam Reunion rates are as follows:

     Room with 2 double beds at $89.00 per night
     Room with 1 king bed at $89.00 per night
     Leisure Suite with 1 King bed at $159.00 per night
     Presidential Suite at $189.00 per night

Check In/Check Out: The Hotel's check in time is after 4:00pm Central time, and check out is by 12:00 pm Central time. Guests arriving prior to 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available.

Naturally, you are not required to stay at the Radisson to attend the Reunion but we hope you will consider doing so as these are quite favorable rates for this three-star rated hotel. Please take a minute to view the hotel rooms and facilities.
